Services offered include:

-Individual counselling for ages 8+ using an integrated approach that utilizes a variety of theories and approaches to help clients navigate life's challenges.

-Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for overcoming trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, phobias, addiction, grief, OCD, relationship issues and more in as little as 1-5 sessions. *ART sessions are offered in-person only!

-Psychedelic integration sessions, using a harm-reduction approach, to provide support for people who have experienced, or are considering preparing for, the use of psychedelics.

~Reiki energy healing sessions with sound and intuitive insights are offered for all ages to clear the mind, improve focus and balance, create deep relaxation, release tension, reframe belief patterns and dissolve energy blocks that promote insight, connection and balance between body, mind and spirit.

~Integrative healing sessions offer a unique blend of different healing modalities for all ages (such as somatic release techniques, breath work, Reiki energy healing and sound therapy) as well as intuitive insights and guidance, to provide deeper levels of insight, nurturing, healing, and release.
