*Please be on time! In order to respect everyone's time, for safety reasons and to maintain the integrity of the safe & intimate setting we create together, doors will be locked promptly at 6:35pm and late arrivals after this time will not be accommodated.
*Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat and pillow/blanket for comfort during guided meditation.
*It is recommended to dress in comfortable clothing that is breathable and accommodates movement.
